This is an exciting role to help reinforce the IT function within our growing charity. The post holder will execute a variety of tasks including the extraction and preparation of data from our CRM database, executing regular and bespoke reporting requirements and investigating data issues within operational systems.
We are looking for someone who works well as part of a team and interacts effortlessly with others in order to resolve technical issues, so good communication and a strong customer focus is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science or be able to demonstrate equivalent experience; have excellent problem solving skills; good knowledge of SQL with experience of writing complex queries and the ability to understand complex business processes and how data relates to them.
Advantageous skills required; experience of Windows server and/or SQL server administration, web-services and data interface development.
This position is based at our Hanchurch site in Stoke-on-Trent but travel to our Burslem site will also be necessary.
