ABOUT RUTH
Ruth is the host of UCB 2’s This Is My Story. She says: ‘I love that in creating space for powerful stories to be told on the radio, I get to meet some truly great and inspiring people.’ Before coming to UCB, Ruth worked as a supply teacher as well as in radio in South Africa and the UK. She is the mother of twins, and when they were 18-months-old, the family relocated to Dubai, where Ruth would record a radio show for UCB in her bedroom while the twins were having a nap!
