Unlimited God

‘Nothing is too hard for you.’

God can solve any problem because He’s not bound by human limitations: 1) He’s not limited by time.God can do in an instant what would normally take years. ‘He sends his command to the earth; his word runs swiftly’ (Psalm 147:15 NIV). He can speed up the natural process of our healing; He can bring immediate change to situations that we think would take a long time to work through. 2) He’s not limited by lack. When the Israelites left Egypt, God instructed them to borrow the silver and gold of the Egyptians (have a read of Exodus 11:1-3). And when they obeyed God, He broke their chains of lack and they got back everything that had been stolen from them. Whatever Satan has taken from us, God can restore, and even give us more (see Zechariah 9:12). 3) He’s not limited by the enemy.Moses told the Israelites, ‘The Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever’ (Exodus 14:13 NKJV). God often deals with the power of the enemy by increasing our power. The Bible says: ‘The one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world’ (1 John 4:4 NIV). Satan took Jesus to the highpoint of the temple, but he couldn’t push Him over – and he can’t push usover the edge either. We can use God’s Word to stand up to him. 4) He’s not limited by anything but our doubt. He made an axe-head float, a donkey talk, and a corpse come back to life after four days. There’s no problem that He can’t solve. So let’s declare, ‘Nothing is too hard for You,’ and believe that it’s the truth.

What Now?

Write a list of all your problems. In a different colour, write the words ‘Nothing is too hard for God’ over the top of the list. Then thank God for that truth.
