About Joel

Joel is an English man who grew up in Uganda before travelling to New Zealand for a gap year which turned into two years! After a long pursuit for a role as a full-time radio presenter, he’s now back in the UK and couldn’t be happier presenting for UCB 1! He loves spending quality time chatting with people, having deep conversations and getting everyone involved so that nobody is left out. While he is an Englishman through and through (and a hard-core Chelsea fan), his heart moves to the beat and rhythm of Uganda, and he hopes to someday travel back.
