The Corporate Services department is a stimulating and fascinating place to work, consisting of the Finance, Training & Compliance and HR teams. In this role you will provide administrative assistance across the Corporate Services department, giving you the opportunity to interact with all the teams that constitute the UCB family.
We are looking for someone who has strong administration and organisational skills, with a collaborative approach to working and the ability to prioritise a busy and diverse workload. Working with people you will need to have good communication skills both written and verbal, be able to demonstrate tact and diplomacy and possess effective interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
You will be based at our Burslem site in Stoke on Trent but will travel to our Hanchurch site regularly so you must have a full driving licence as our site at Hanchurch is not serviced by regular public transport.
