 The vision for The Book of Hope came about in 1987. Asked by El Salvador's Minister of Education to supply a Bible to every school child in the country, Bob Hoskins set out to acheive this goal. He was burdened to develop a special presentation of God's Word for students...that first book was entitled El Libro de Vida.
The Book of Hope is the gospels of the Bible (Matthew, Mark, Luke and John) harmonised and in chronological order. It includes the first two chapters of Acts, along with 100 study questions and details of how the reader can ask Jesus into their heart and life. It is beautifully illustrated and there are many versions aimed at different age ranges of children. |
